Applications
Light-duty conduit is specially designed for routing electrical cables in applications such as electrical, industrial, and domestic installations, as well as voice and data systems in homes, businesses, etc. It is suitable for installations in concrete-covered constructions.
Light-duty conduit is made from a non-plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) compound, with a classification cell of 12454 according to NMX-E-031. Light-duty conduit is manufactured in accordance with the current NMX-E-012-SCFI standard.
These conduits are joined by direct interconnection of a thermoformed and integrated sleeve, or by means of an injected PVC coupling that facilitates insertion.
Compliance with all the above fully guarantees the correct functioning of the product, as well as its lifespan. It meets the highest safety standards and, thanks to its dielectric rigidity, it is a good insulator in installations, preventing short circuits and/or electrical potential leaks from the cable to the duct.
