Description of KDA01 Tip
Lightning rod and current conductor tip designed in highly conductive aluminum, which is part of an external lightning protection system (ELPS), to reduce the risk of damage that lightning can cause.
Seeks to reduce the incidence of fall by up to 95% due to its magnetoactive operation.
It is recommended to take into account the NMX-J-549-ANCE-2005 Standard, which suggests that a lightning protection system (LPS) must have an internal lightning protection system (ILPS) and an external lightning protection system (ELPS).
The KDA-01 tip is part of the external protection, while the internal part corresponds to the transient surge suppressors (TSS) of the TOTAL GROUND brand.
