• Left-Hand Door: 5062 (strike jamb), 5056 (hinge jamb).
• Head required: 5066
• Requires 1 pack of hinges model 5040 (contains 3 pcs) or model MX105155 (contains 3 pcs).

ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES

For the door to be fire-rated, additional accessories are required:

• Perimeter seal: model 5018.
• Threshold: 5020A, or 5024 (option with stop).
• Under-door seal: 5016 or 5032 (with rubber).
• Drip cap: 5036, (for use on doors facing outwards).
• Door closer: 84887

*Optional emergency door bar, mechanical lock, and signage can be used.
