Description
The IQCard-345 is a radio frequency expansion card that allows the new IQ4, IQ4 Hub, and IQ4 NS panels to be compatible with sensors operating on the 345 MHz frequency. By installing this card, you give the panel the ability to "listen" to and control those existing older sensors. By installing this card in Slot 3 of the panel, you give it the ability to "listen" to and control those older sensors, allowing you to upgrade only the brain (the panel) and keep your existing door, window contacts, and motion sensors.
The IQ Card-345 can be installed in "Slot 3" of the panels.

- Honeywell (345 Mhz)
- Resideo (345 Mhz)
- 2GIG (345 Mhz)
Card Installation
Before you begin
- Swipe down and tap "Settings" then "Advanced Settings". Enter your code and tap "POWER OFF"
- Once the IQ panel has completely powered off, unplug or disconnect power by removing the barrel connector inside the panel or unplugging the power supply. NOTE: It is NOT necessary to disconnect the battery
- From the bottom of the panel, locate the retaining screw and fully loosen it.
- Once the screw is loosened, remove the panel's backplate to remove it.
- Locate "SLOT 3", which is designated as the slot for secondary SRF cards.
- Match the pins on the bottom of the IQ card to the IQ panel terminal.
- Press the IQ card firmly into place.
- Install and tighten the provided locking screw to secure the IQ card in place. Make sure the antenna remains connected and does not interfere with the battery.
- Replace the back cover, starting with the top tabs.
- Ensure the white SRF antenna exits through the hole in the backplate. Press down on the bottom and tighten the retaining screw.
- Plug the power supply back in and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on.
