Alta Labs creates revolutionary network technology driven by proprietary software and hardware designs. The S8-PoE Switch is a compact switch with 8 Gigabit ports, only 4 of which are PoE+ enabled, making our network more robust.
Management is simple, via the cloud platform, a free unrestricted cloud.
Power Over Ethernet
Alta Labs switches feature PoE+ connectivity with a number of ports capable of providing up to 30W of power per port.
Switches support the 802.3at PoE+ standard and are compatible with the 802.3af PoE standard.
The S8-PoE offers four PoE+ ports with a 60W PoE budget. Power your Alta Labs access points and other devices that support 802.3at or 802.3af standards.
Easy Configuration, via Bluetooth or the cloud (Internet required)
Switches include Bluetooth functionality for quick and easy configuration using the mobile app.
Configuration can also be done via the portal; for this, an internet connection is required at the site where the switch will be installed.
Supports Specific Configurations
The network can be segmented using VLAN configuration, traffic control can be implemented for better network performance, loop protection, Voice VLAN, and MAC address blocking are supported.
