The specialized time and attendance control software, BioTime Pro, is a powerful web-based management platform that allows you to centralize all your staff data from multiple branches in one place.
It enables automatic, real-time data synchronization of ZKTeco attendance devices, supports mobile employee management through attendance registration using the ZKBioTime App with GPS information, allows multiple administrators to access it from any web browser, and can remotely and efficiently control hundreds of attendance devices and thousands of users.
BioTime PRO features a user-friendly interface with advanced functions for managing schedules, shifts, permits, vacations, incidents, and generating a wide variety of attendance reports, providing a professional solution for companies in all sectors.

Important:
- When installing the software, it is important to temporarily disable the Antivirus and Windows Firewall to ensure correct installation and operation of the software. Once the installation process is complete, you can add the ZKBioTime PRO installation folder to the Firewall or Antivirus exceptions and use your activated antivirus and Windows Firewall again.
- Read the Licensing Policies and Virtualization Terms found in the download section.
- For the acquisition of virtual products such as licenses, there are NO returns. Always confirm with the sales executive that the correct license is being acquired.

- Storage: Minimum 100 GB of free space. NTFS partition. SSD recommended.
Software Usage Specifications:
- Compatible Database: PostgreSQL (Default), MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012/2014/2016 (Recommended), MySQL5.0.54, Oracle10g/11g/12c
- Compatible Operating System: Windows 7/8/8.1/10 / Server 2003/2008/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2/2014/2016 (64-bits)
- Suggested Browsers: Chrome 33+, IE 11+, Firefox 27+
Note: For solutions with more than 20 Terminals, it is recommended to use the “MS SQL SERVER” database.
Additional Requirement for Remote Centralization:
- For the remote centralization solution to work efficiently, it is necessary to have a fixed public IP or a domain system (such as a dynamic DNS service). This allows the software to connect stably and securely with devices in all locations, regardless of distance.
- Alternatively, a VPN (Virtual Private Network) can be used to simulate that all devices and the PC/server are on the same local network, facilitating remote connection without the need for a public IP.
