ZKTECO ZF24 - Sensor de Masa de un Carril / 24VCC/CA / Salida NA NC COM / Compatible con Barrera WEJOIN y ZKTECO
- SKU LD01
General Information
Description
It is a single-channel intelligent detector mostly used to detect metallic objects such as bicycles and cars. It is applicable in parking lots, toll stations, and signal light control systems. This vehicle detector can monitor only one induction loop at a time. It uses two relays to emit signals, and users can use different output signals to control the mechanical unit and the card output device, or count vehicles.

Features
- Fully automatic adjustment.
- Adjustable sensitivity levels.
- Operating frequencies.
- Multiple relay output modes.
- Reset button on the front panel.

Applications
- Vehicle-actuated traffic control.
- Traffic counting
- Toll applications
- Queue detection application.
Operating Mode
The vehicle loop detector is based on the inductive principle, using a cable coil buried in the car entrance and connected to the loop detector. The change in inductance will be measured as a frequency change. The output relay is activated when the loop does, and released again when the loop is no longer activated.

Loop Diagram
Loop Installation
The loop geometry must be adapted to its respective application. The configuration will be optimal if the loop has the same size as the object to be detected. After determining the loop geometry, a groove must be made in the ground to install the loop. Make an angled groove at 45º in the corners of the loop, which will protect it from excessive wear.
Loop Turns
The number of turns depends directly on the circumference of the loop. The smaller the loop, the more turns are needed.
Cable Recommendations
- Use a 1.5 mm2 cable. Use silicone insulated cable if placed directly on the ground.

Specifications
- Operating Voltage: 24V AC/DC.
- Rated Power: 4.5 W.
- Operating Frequency: 20 kHz to 170 kHz.
- Reaction Time: 100 ms.
- Coil Inductance: 100-300 uH (recommended).
- Coil Size: no less than 1x 2 m (recommended).
- Coil Connection: no more than 5m, and twisted at least 20 times per meter.
